Borrowed D & D's car to go to Home Depot. Disappointing selection of organic soil amendments but I was able to get 10 bags of organic potting mix, 4 bags of gravel, and rolls of burlap and plastic mesh.

Spoke to Deborah today and she is enthusiastic about me being their gardener. They want to have fresh herbs for Counter (their new restaurant) but don't have the time to do the gardening themselves. I am so excited about doing this. They bought 30 bags of organic topsoil and had someone build four boxes. They are about 5' x 4' x 8". Not super deep but hopefully will work fine for herbs.
