   2. Style versus structure.
   3. Tables and how to mis-use them.
   4. An initial look at Cascading Style Sheets.
2. Examples
   1. Layout One - Very basic.
   2. Layout Two - Table.
   3. Layout Two A - Table with spacer.
   4. Layout Three - CSS. (broken)
   5. CSS table mix(Use food/bus for login and password.) And here is the text of the style sheet.
3. Assignments
   1. Continue to work on your memex pages. Control their layout using tables and/or CSS.
   2. Look at your creation with at least two different browsers. One should be Version 3 or earlier. Make notes of any differences in appearance that you notice.

   1. Take a look at AlertBox by, Dr. Jacob Nielsen. Please read the "Top Ten Mistakes of Web Design," (May 1996) and "The Top Ten New Mistakes of Web Design" (May 1999). Be prepared to comment on Dr. Nielsen's edicts.
